Terms of Service
By commissioning me and paying the invoice provided, you have agreed to my terms of service below.
My terms are subject to change without notice.

Commissions may take up to two months to complete, depending on my queue.
I reserve the right to decline a commission, refuse service to anyone or cancel a commission at my own discretion.
Refunds will be given upon cancellation.
I send at least one WIP for approval, which is the sketch. After that, I will finish the commission without any further WIPs.
Commissioners may ask for WIPs of their commission at any time! I can make any major edits to the piece at the sketch and linework stages at no charge.
Major edits after the piece is finished may require a fee.PaymentUSD payments are only accepted via Paypal invoice.
I require full payment before I begin your art. I do not do payment plans of any kind or for any amount.
Payment must be ready to be sent upon acceptance.
Refunds are dependent on the amount of work that has been completed, a full refund can only be offered if no WIPS have been sent.
Upon refund I have the right to use the refunded work for other projects/commissions/etc (it will editedd for future use.)You may not trace or edit any of my work; Resizing the piece is the only exception.
You may not claim the work as your own. Always provide proper credit when displaying your commission you've received from me.
I do not allow my artwork to be used for commercial work such as merch, prints, etc. unless discussed prior to ordering.
I do not do NFT work of any kind nor do I permit my artwork to be used for NFTs.
I do not permit any form of my artwork to be used in or to train AI programs.
I do not provide .psd/.sai files of any commissions to customers; You will recieve either a .jpeg, .jpg, or a .png.Do not add rules and regulations onto my designs.
Any rules that a current/former owner or design adoption center puts on my designs are null and void.
You may not make my one-off designs into closed species.
Feel free to sell my designs for however much you'd like, regardless of how you got them.
I do not accept returns or refunds for any adoptables / designs purchased.
All sales are final.
You may make as many edits to my designs as you'd like as long as you don't alter my original artwork.NSFWI do not do NSFW commissions.
